Fix one thing this winter.
Film a few swings on your phone. Swingframe follows your body through each one, finds the biggest fault, and gives you a four-week plan of short drills.
How it works
Film two or three swings
From behind you or from the front, with your whole body in the frame. One angle is enough to start.
Check the frames
Swingframe marks the top of your backswing and impact. If it is out by a few frames, move the marker.
Follow a short block
You get one main fix, the measurements behind it, and three short sessions a week for four weeks.
Analyse a swing
Pick your hand and the camera angle, then choose one to five clips of your swing. The first run downloads the tracking model, which can take a moment.
Front-on shows sway, weight shift and the lead arm. Behind you shows posture and hip depth. Keep your whole body in frame, hold the phone steady at hip height, and use the normal camera, not the mirrored selfie view.
Choose at least one clip to begin.
Check the frames
The marker shows where Swingframe thinks each swing starts, tops out and meets the ball. If a marker is off, step to the right frame and set it. The measurements update straight away.

Each saved session adds a point, so you can see whether a measurement is moving toward its range.
